Each year more than 80 percent of the U.S. cotton crop is exported. For the 2022 marketing year, the top export destinations for U.S. cotton include China, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam, Mexico and Bangledesh. Campiche explains that export shipments are currently lagging behind due to a variety of global implications.
